In fact it is the most important question of all the questions and thus every person on the planet must have as developed of a philosophy as they can concerning this question. All other questions can be tied together based on this question. It is such important of a question, in fact, that if you refuse to answer it god will find a way to make you answer it anyway. such as if you claim you don't have an answer because there is no meaning to life than you have just said that you meaning to life is that there is no meaning to life. and you have to start negating every other proposition concerning reality. So you paint yourself into a corner. This question i think is best expressed in the form of a song and so naturally I think all of the main songs are the artists personal version of the meaning of life. My point is that the meaning of life if the constant quest to gain experience relishing in the things that give you joy. It consists of a two step proces 1) Having the experience and 2) sharing the experience with others through stories and helping them have the same experience. The problem is that sometimes people forget the second part about the meaning of life, that you won't get the long lasting truest shot of exstacy of what it is to be alive until you share it with others. this however causes some more confusion because it can sometimes be seen as bragging if you don't balance the story telling part of the sharing with taking some part in helping the less fortunate gain your experiences. So any philosophy that correctly addresses this balance between the need to experience and the need to share and the balance between the growth spiritually and physically is terms of simple philosophies like graphs has my vote at a true religion.
